How to Add Notes to a Customer Profile in Cashier
Select the "Cashier" tab in the Cashier app.
Search for and check in the customer profile for which you would like to add a note.
Take this customer into your cart.
Select "Notes" below the customer's name.
The notes field allows up to 400 characters—select "Save" when you've completed your note.
