Accessory items typically refer to any non-cannabis items sold through your stores, such as glassware, papers, t-shirts, and other accessory items.

To add items to your Flowhub inventory, it will first need to be created in "Products" under "Company Management."

How to Add Accessories to Inventory

  1. In Flowhub Classic, select "Inventory" from the left-hand navigation menu.

  2. Select the plus sign "+" in the upper right-hand corner of the main page.

  3. This will launch the "Add New Inventory" window.

  4. Select "Accessory" from the "Category" drop-down menu. This will update the available options.

  5. You will need to enter :

    • "Supplier Name" is pulled from "Company Management." If your supplier is not listed here, that means they have not yet been added to Flowhub.

    • "Product Name" is pulled from "Company Management." If your product is not listed here, it has not yet been added as a product in Flowhub.

    • Invoice # is not required but can help track your purchase orders for accessory items.

  6. Once all of the accessory details have been entered, you can assign the items to a room:

  7. Enter the amount of product in "Quantity," choose the "Room," and select "Add Item."

    • This will populate the item to the right, which means the items are ready to be saved.

  8. Once all items have been added to the appropriate rooms, you can select "Save & Close," which will save the items and close the window, or "Save and Add Another," which will save the items and open a new window for you to add a new inventory item.
