Flowhub's Bulk Label Printing feature makes it quick and easy to print barcode or exit labels for all packages on a manifest at once. In this article, we'll guide you through using this feature so your team can save time during inventory intake.
💡 Tip: This feature is available for Metrc, BioTrack (NM), and BioTrack (FL) stores.
Print Labels in Bulk
This option is only available after all packages in a manifest have been imported. The Print Labels button is gray until a manifest is imported, then it becomes active.
Navigate to the Manifest page for the manifest you have fully imported.
Confirm that all packages on the manifest have been imported, either via Bulk Import or individual item import.
💡 Tip: The Print Labels button is only active after the entire manifest has been imported.
Select the Print Labels button.
In the label printing dialog, use the toggle at the top to choose between Barcode labels and Exit labels.
Set the quantity for each label using one of the three quantity options described below.
Select the purple Print X Labels button to confirm and print.
This button displays a running total of labels to be printed based on your quantity selections.
Set Label Quantities
When printing labels for a multi-item manifest, you can set quantities in three ways.
Match Units
Print exactly as many labels as there are units in each package. This is the default option when the dialog opens.
Same Quantity per Package
Print the same number of labels for each package. For example, select this option to print one label per package for placing on a box or bin. You can adjust the quantity applied to all packages.
Custom per Item
Manually edit the quantity for each label individually. For example, you could print 5 labels for one item and 10 for another.
Print Labels for Individual Items
If you prefer to import and print labels one item at a time, the existing Save and Print option is still available when importing items individually from the manifest.
