View Drawer Activity & Analytics

This article will help guide you through how to find drawer activity and analytics in Flowhub Maui.

Drawer activity provides visibility into past sessions for auditing, reporting, and reconciliation. It includes employee assignments, balances, and transaction totals.


View Drawer Activity

  1. Open the Menu in the upper left and navigate to the Drawers page in Flowhub.

    • A list of active drawers will display.

  2. Select the drawer

  3. In the panel on the right, select Activity.

  4. Select a Date Range

  5. Review drawer details, including:

    • Users assigned

    • Open, Current, and Closing Balance

    • Debit, Gift Card, or Cash sales

    • Pay outs, pay ins, drawer pops, or drops.

  6. Download Activities to a CSV file for inspection outside of Maui.

Drawer Analytics

There are a few analytic reports that can also be pulled to see Drawer Activity.

  1. Open the Menu in the upper left and navigate to the Analytics page in Flowhub.

  2. Search for the following reports search bar at the top of the screen:

    • Drawers - Drawer balances and actions on the drawer

    • Drawers Activity - Build an activity report of all historical drawer changes

    • End of Day - Allows you to see total sales, but sales made on drawers, if the drawer was closed over/under the expected count, employees that made a sale, etc.

    • Tips by Budtender - Tips by budtender over a period of time and the drawer they were on

How long is drawer history retained?

  • Drawer records remain available indefinitely unless removed for compliance purposes.

Can drawer history be exported?

  • Yes. Drawer and cash activity reports can be exported by selecting Download Activities.
