Banners are the fastest way to spotlight promotions, seasonal collections, or hero products the moment a shopper lands on your menu. Each banner is a fully clickable image that sends customers straight to the exact set of items you define—no extra taps, no hunting around.
Manage banners
Navigate to Ecomm > Customize > Banner
You can create, edit, reorder, hide, or delete every banner from this single page.
Banner Image requirements
Desktop Full-width: 2560x300px
Desktop Half-width: 1274x300px
Mobile: 840x540px
File types: PNG with optional transparency layer or JPG
Create a new banner
Click New Banner to begin from scratch, or choose one from the drop-down to copy its image and product rules. Everything can be edited, you’re never locked in.
Name your banner with a clear, descriptive name. Use a label that tells everyone what the banner is for, such as “4/20 Daily Deals” or “Summer Favorites.” These names are for internal use only and will not be seen by shoppers.
Add your banner image. Upload a file that meets the size guidelines above. If you copied an existing banner, replace the image here.
Be sure to upload both a desktop and a mobile banner. While only a desktop version is required, the banner will not appear on mobile without a mobile version.
Update the product selection that the banner will link to. Use the filters, price, and sort tools to decide exactly which items appear when the banner is clicked.
For example, a banner advertising prerolls under $10 would filter the category to pre-rolls and set the price limit at $10.
If you leave everything blank in the Product Selection step, the banner will send shoppers to all in-stock inventory.
Set display order in the “Banner Cycle” section. Drag and drop banners in the list to control the rotation sequence. Toggle Hide if you want to pull a banner off the site without deleting its settings.
Click Save. Refresh your kiosk or online menu to see the change live
Edit or delete a banner
Edit: Select the banner, update any field, and save.
Delete: Hover over the banner in the list and choose the trash icon. (This removes it permanently.)
Best Practices
Go light on text. Let bold visuals catch the eye; use the destination page to deliver details.
Stay fresh. Swap artwork for holidays, local events, or new drops so the menu always feels alive.
Mind contrast. High-contrast images with a single focal point convert better than busy collages.
Test the link. After saving, click the banner in the shopper view to confirm it lands on the right products.
Plan mobile first. More than half of cannabis shoppers browse on phones, so mobile-specific images prevent tiny, unreadable copy.
