Certain Medical cannabis markets may allow for patients under the age of 18 to hold medical cannabis cards. If your store permits the sale of cannabis to underage Medical patients, you'll be made aware when a Medical patient is under the age of 18 in Flowhub.
TIP: It is not possible to create a profile or make a sale to a Recreational customer under the age of 18. Only valid Medical Card-holding underage patients can be created as Medical Customers in Flowhub.
When checking in a Medical patient under the age of 18, Front of House staff will see a warning indicating that the customer is underage and must confirm before checking such a patient into the store:

Disabling the Ability to Sell to Underage Medical Customers
If your store has chosen to not permit the sale of regulated products to medical customers under the age of 18, or your state does not allow it, a store setting can be enabled directly in Flowhub to prevent these customers from checking in or making purchases at your store.
TIP: you must have all permissions under "Store Settings" on your Role in order to make these changes.
Select the name of your Store in the upper right corner of Flowhub, then select "Store Settings."
Inside the Store Settings modal, select "Customers" from the list on the left.
Enable the "Block Med Customers under 18" setting, then Save the Settings.
