Add/Edit Post-Tax Fees

A "Post-Tax Fee" is a fee that is applied after taxes, and will list as a separate fee for a transaction. In Flowhub, these fees are set up through "Location Management" in the "Manage: Taxes & Fees" section.  For information about taxes please take a look at the Add Taxes and Fees article.

How to Add a Post-Tax Fee

  1. In the bottom left hand navigation menu, select the "^" next to your name.
  2. Select "Manage" from the options shown.
  3. From the drop-down at the top, select "Manage: Taxes & Fees."
  4. Click the "+" button in the upper right. This will open the "Taxes & Fees" window. 
  5. For "Type of Charge" select "Post-Tax Fee."

  1. Enter the name of your fee, the fee amount (in dollars), and the inventory type it will be associated to. 
  2. Select "Save."
Your fee will now be listed with the tax rates for your location.  

How to Edit a Post-Tax Fee

  1. In the bottom left hand navigation menu, select the "^" next to your name.
  2. Select "Manage" from the options shown.
  3. From the drop-down at the top, select "Manage: Taxes & Fees."
  4. Find and select the fee you want to edit.  
  5. Once selected, choose "Edit" from the "Details" pane on the right.
  6. Make any changes and choose "Save."
