Add a Tax Exempt Customer Group

In some states, certain customers and patients may be exempt from various tax rates but not all of them. Tax laws can vary by location, so Flowhub allows for the ability to exclude customers by customer groups.

If you need to make a medical patient exempt from all taxes in Flowhub, see the Tax Exempt Users article.

This article covers the process of assigning a group to a specific tax rate.
For instructions on creating a customer group, see Add/Edit Customer Groups.
